Monday’s WOD:
We are pleased to announce that today we will be starting a Strength WOD class. (SWOD) This class will be in the evenings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 715-815pm. The class will coincide with open gym, so still feel free to come for open gym. The SWOD purpose is to give athletes a chance to do more strength work, and will coincide with strength programming in the regular classes. The SWOD will be casually coached, and coach Alex Duff will be doing the programming for the SWODs as well. Also, take note of the open gym time changes. There will still be open gym every day in the morning but it will be from 1015AM-12PM. The SWOD/Open gym will only be in the evenings on MWF.

Also, our Mind Body Online website is now available. DO NOT use the old website. The way the new Mind Body Online site is set up is to be more user friendly. It is set up so you can create your own user profile, user name and profile, and can access the online store and purchase your membership package. YOU MUST PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP OPTION BEFORE YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR CLASSES. Coach Ryan Garcia can help you with individual questions as needed this week, and if you need to know when your payment is due, he can assist you with that as well. If you paid for the month of May, and your payment date has not yet occurred, please wait to register on this Mind Body until it is time to make a payment for the month of June.
