Monday’s WOD:

The CrossFit Open came to an end this afternoon with a few remaining athletes giving a go at WOD 13.5! This was an incredible 5 weeks for our athletes in which the level of dedication, hard work, improvement, sense of community, and FUN demonstrated by all of our athletes was second to none! A huge congrats to our very own Nell Campbell who placed 40th in the region, and will be offered a chance to represent us in the CrossFit regional competition in Salt Lake City, Utah! Way to go Nell!
