Saturday’s WOD:
Partner Pacer WOD:
In teams of 2 complete the following:

20 Min AMRAP
5 Wall Climbs
10 Burpee Over Box Jumps 24/18″
15 Back Squats

Level 1: 165/115
Level 2: 135/95
Level 3: 115/75

One partner works on the AMRAP while the other partner runs 400m with a 45/25# plate. The partner running is the pacer, and picks up where the the other partner left off on the AMRAP. The plate may not touch the ground for the duration of the WOD. There will be a 5 burpee penalty for both partners if the plate touches the ground at any time.
