Saturday’s WOD:

*Your total time includes the rest portions in between

*You may PARTITION the work sets however you want. So for the first set of 300 Double unders 200 Alt Lunges, 100 Sit Ups you may break those reps up however you want, and once you hit those totals, you rest for 3 minutes, then you do the same for the 200, 100, 50, break it up however you want, then rest 3 minutes, and finishing with the 100, 50, 25….breaking that up however you want as well. 

*The Lunges are in place, alternating, and you may do jumping lunges. 

*To scale, double the reps for single unders, OR, change the double under reps to jumping jack reps instead. 

*If you would rather row or run instead of jump, change the jump rope reps to the following respective distances:

Row:
1000m Row
750m Row
500m Row

Run:
800m Run
600m Run
400m Run

*If you choose to run or row, you will need to complete the full distance and then you may partition the lunges and sit-ups as needed each set.
