SATURDAY OPEN GYM!
Hey grasshoppas, as mentioned I will be out of the gym tomorrow helping at the Project Up Lift competition being hosted by OTAC CrossFit. Jenna “The Ninja” has agreed to be at the gym in my absence to allow anyone to come for OPEN GYM. She will be there from 930am-1130am. Again, please be respectful of her time! If you are feeling really frisky, feel free to come over to Whole Foods where the action will be going down. It is always fun to check out CrossFit events outside of our own walls, especially when it’s in our back yard! We also have 2 athletes competing tomorrow, good luck to Samantha and Zach!
