Thursday’s WOD:

The heat schedule for The Quick and the Dead has been posted! Let me know ASAP if any changes need to be made, or if anyone was left out! Share with your friends! Friday evening early check-in times may be subject to change depending on howlong we are allowed to stay in the evening. Registration Saturday morning will be from 730-830 for those who did not register early. ALL ATHLETES AND JUDGES must be present for WOD briefing at 830am! Again, please let me know if there are any adjustments that need to be made! Any volunteers or judges still looking to help, please message me here or at garciara2@gmail.com
