Saturday’s WOD Is Cancelled!

Come support your gym and your athletes at this event! It’s going to be great!

I will need the majority of the help in the morning to unload, and run the morning heats. Judges and volunteers please be at the registration table to meet with my event coordinator at 830am!

Again, most of my volunteers and judges will be put to work at 9am, so please be there if you can make it!

Some details for today, tomorrow, and the rest of the weekend:
Friday (Today)
Loading U-Haul at 730pm. Any assistance is much appreciated!

Saturday:
530-545ish AM I will be at the Embassy Suites For Set Up. Again, any assistance is much appreciated, and after the competition I will need help tearing down, and putting the gym back together.

There will obviously be NO Saturday morning classes.

Sunday:
Sunday’s With Shep is still on from 9-11am
There is NO yoga this weekend.

Friday’s WOD:

Clash of the Titans athletes, volunteers, vendors, and spectators: Here is the site map for this weekend’s event. There are a few key things to look for:

Our event will take place in the EAST parking lot of the Embassy Suites
(4705 Clydesdale Pkwy, Loveland, CO 80538)
The area is outlined in BLACK on the map. There is NO PARKING in this lot for the day. You MAY bring tents to set up for the day, and set them up in the North end of the lot as indicated by the TENT CITY marker.

VENDORS: The area in orange next to the black outlined parking lot is where I will have the vendors lined up. You may come as early as 7am, and the event starts at 9am.

PARKING: The powers that be request that we have as many people as we can park in THE RANCH PARKING LOT…This lot is highlighted in green. The green line indicates the foot trail to walk from the Ranch parking lot, to the Embassy Suites lot. There are a lot of events going on Saturday, and parking will be insane, especially later in the day…consider yourself forewarned. The green area is the preferred parking of my athletes, judges, volunteers, and spectators.

The YELLOW area is the first overflow option. This lot is small, but will mainly be used for Embassy staff and personnel, granted it is close to our event, please try and use the Green area first before proceeding to this area.

The RED area is the last resort. It is the main lot for the Embassy, and the dirt overflow lot may, and most likely will be used as well! Again, this is a VERY busy weekend, and there are several events taking place. Plan accordingly to deal with heavy traffic flow in the parking lots!

The Purple (Lavender-ish) area is the building where you will find restrooms, concessions, and general access to the hotel.
