40 reps of the following cluster –

1 hang power clean

1 hang squat clean

1 thruster

DO NOT combine the squat clean and thruster.

Choose a weight that is close to your body weight if possible. This is not meant to be a speed workout. Instead it is meant to be a long, painful grinder.
