Friday’s WOD:
Thursday was Richard McCaffery’s birthday, and Saturday is Julia Koerner’s and Jon Orthmeyer’s birthday! I have something in store for them on Saturday, but I will be out of town attending my little brother’s graduation from Mesa in Grand Junction.

I received a request to make a congratulatory/send off WOD for my student athletes, and I know many of them will be leaving Saturday, but since I will be coaching some of the classes today, I figured it would be a great opportunity to send some of you off myself!

Congratulations on your accomplishments, and for today’s WOD, as in the rest of your personal and professional pursuits, you are able to choose your own adventure! Choose wisely!
