Front Squats

4 second decline. Then 2 second hold at bottom. Drive out of it.

(Partner up. Partner counts the seconds for you. Then Switch. Partner up with person of like strength &ability)

(Let’s set some PRs and work hard. This segment should be difficult. Make appropriate jumps and keep moving)
