That is right…y’all just witnessed the birth of “The G-WOD” aka The Gymnastics WOD! This is another something you can choose to after class or during open gym!

Big congrats to the two teams that represented at the Power of Three competition in Boulder today! The guys finished 4th and the ladies finished 6th! Way to go!

Tomorrow is Easter Sunday, and there will be NO Sundays with Shep.
