We are ready for 15.3! Volunteers and judges are always needed and appreciated! Come in and get a workout in! Remember, you MAY NOT post a 0 for these workouts, if you are not close to getting your first, I would recommend that you consider coming in and throwing down the scaled version. Ultimately, do not stress over this one, take it in stride and come have some fun! The past 2 weekends have been a blast with some great energy, don’t let this weekend be the exception. Run 800 meters
275-lb. deadlifts, 7 reps
10 burpee pull-ups
53-lb. single arm kettlebell thrusters, 14 reps (7 each arm)
20 box jumps, 24-inch box -

Another great morning of workouts and personal bests! Way to go gang! For those that have not done 15.2 yet, or for those who wish to give it another shot, you have until Monday night at 6pm to do the workout and submit your score.
TAKE NOTE THAT TOMORROW (SUNDAY) THE TIMES FOR SUNDAYS WITH SHEP HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM 930-1130.
ALSO DO NOT FORGET THAT WE SPRING FORWARD FOR DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TONIGHT!!!!
